Long before technical nylons, bags for sailors, soldiers, and travelers were crafted from canvas: a thick, tightly woven fabric that withstands friction, folds without breaking, and ages by taking on a slightly faded appearance. It is this heritage that is found in the CAMERON. In our close-up photos, you can clearly distinguish the weave of the canvas, this matte relief that immediately gives the bag a vintage feel.
The most heavily used areas—the base, straps, and attachment tabs—are clad in grained brown faux leather (PU). This choice protects the bottom of the bag when placed on the ground and facilitates the maintenance of the parts that undergo the most friction. The look of yesteryear luggage
The design of the CAMERON borrows its simple architecture from travel bags of the past: a trapezoidal volume that widens toward the base, two vertical straps that frame the front and turn into handles, and a zippered opening that runs the entire length. Nothing is decorative without also being useful.
The brown base acts as a visual foundation: it anchors the bag, highlights its silhouette, and emphasizes the color of the canvas.
