Reserved for automatic watches. The Big Woody's is exclusively designed for automatic rotor-driven calibers. It is not suitable for quartz (battery-operated) watches, solar watches, manual-winding watches (which are wound by the crown only), or smartwatches. Placing these types of watches in a winder is useless and can, in some cases, damage the movement.
